Pre paid Contract Hours

 Choosing the pre paid contract based on the total number of hours of work requested from a Scope of Work that details the project, its timeframe, and any fees associated; before work commences on the project; assures you & your strategist/consultant work well together and achieve the desired and trackable results you seek.
 

To ensure on-going communication remains a component to our business relations with our customers, regular emails are sent to the client which monitors the number of hours being used within your pre-paid contracts.  A detailed description of work conducted each time is included in that correspondence.  Hours are deducted and billed in 15 minute increments with a running total of hours remaining in each email.  Note:  Larger pre-paid contracts also come with additional benefits.  Please inquire as to what they are.  Pre paid contracts are not for website promotions or grant research projects.  Any questions, please don't hesitate to contact B Weber Consulting.  715.536.7405.
