B Weber Consulting  specializes in grant research which identifies potential funding sources which best match your situation.  Your initial consultation may begin via a telephone interview or in-person interview depending upon your location.  A review of your existing written material (i.e. brochures, annual reports, etc.) may be requested.  This process is to ensure that B Weber Consulting  and your organization/company are well suited to work together; as the process demands that they will.  A no fee consultation with B Weber Consulting  staff will identify the best target grants for your situation.

Planning and outlining the process targets the specific grantor your project warrants, while writing the actual grant application is only a portion of this process.  Mindful preparation of a formal Letter of Inquiry, any other requested documents and completion of any other applicable forms typically concludes the application process.

A retainer fee is required to begin the process.  Your retainer fee also offers you exclusivity of the grantor once it can be identified.  Following the retainer fee a workshop is scheduled.  Typically this involves a two day commitment on your part.  A summary of that information is then gathered and offered back to your (POC) Point of Contact. 

Based on the information summarized the research of possible grantors begins.  Your POC and our grant writer remain in contact for any additional information a specific grantor may request.  If and when a grantor is found to be an acceptable match, a (LOI) Letter of Inquiry is then submitted to the grantor.  This formal process introduces your potential funding source to your project, and organization and identifies the dollar amount being requested. 

Depending upon the grantor's interest in your proposal is when and if they will send the actual application.  If they do, B Weber Consulting  completes it on your behalf with a final joint approval from your POC.  

The process of long term fund development offers no guarantees.  The process is a three way effort.  Your organization/company is the grantee, B Weber Consulting  is the grant writer/consultant and the funding source is your grantor.

Your letter of inquiry and subsequent application will be selected on its own merit, content, accuracy, along with other requirements that a grantor may request.  That's why it's so important to work with someone who can lead your effort to increase every possible chance of having your application awarded.
